Previous recordings remain on your current BigBlueButton server. New recordings are stored in our cloud with triple security (JWT + Referrer + Presigned URLs). If you wish, we can help you migrate old recordings, but it's not necessary to start using the service.

SoftSysVideo uses prepaid credits. Create an account, load credits (minimum $10), and they deduct on usage: $0.004 per video participant-minute, $0.02 per recording-minute, and $0.030 per GB/month of storage. Credits do not expire. 20% extra on top-ups of $50 or more.
