End-to-end protection for your Moodle video conferences
Encryption in Transit
All video conferencing data is encrypted using TLS 1.3 during transmission. This includes video streams, audio, chat messages, and shared content.
Encryption at Rest
Recordings and all stored data are encrypted using AES-256 encryption in secure cloud storage. Your video conference recordings are protected even at rest.
Secure Key Management
Encryption keys are securely managed and rotated regularly. Each tenant has isolated encryption for maximum security.

JWT Token Authentication
Every recording URL includes a cryptographically signed JWT token that expires after 1 hour. Unauthorized access attempts are automatically blocked.
Referrer Validation

Presigned URLs
Temporary presigned URLs with 15-minute expiration ensure recordings can't be shared or accessed after the session ends.
