Access BigBlueButton configuration in Moodle
In your Moodle installation, navigate to:
Site administration - Plugins - Activity modules - BigBlueButton
Or search for "BigBlueButton" in the administration search bar.
Update credentials
Replace the server URL and shared secret with SoftSysVideo values:
Save and verify
Click "Save changes" and verify the connection with the test button.
Successful connection
If you see this message, the configuration is correct and you can now use SoftSysVideo in your courses.

Troubleshooting
Error: "Could not connect to server"
Cause: The URL or shared secret are incorrect.
Solution: Verify that you correctly copied both values from the dashboard. Make sure the URL ends with "/api/".
Recordings don't show in Moodle
Cause: Your Moodle domain is not correctly registered.
Solution: Verify in the dashboard that the Moodle domain is correctly configured. For security, recordings are only accessible from that domain.
Do I need to update the Moodle plugin?
No. SoftSysVideo is compatible with the standard BigBlueButton plugin you already have installed. You don't need to update or install anything additional.
